Surrounded by greenery in Montorio, just 15 minutes from central Verona, our spacious 100 m² apartment in the villa is available for short stays. It features a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two adjoining bedrooms sleeping up to four guests, a dedicated garden area and free private parking..

Ideal for families, couples and business travellers seeking comfort and a relaxing stay.

Living

Step into the spacious living room and feel its warm, relaxing atmosphere, with neutral colours and soft furnishings. The distinctive stone fireplace and a generous seating area for nine make it a welcoming place to unwind or spend time together.

Overlooking the garden, the spacious living room has comfortable seating for nine, a smart TV and a distinctive stone fireplace.

The two adjoining bedrooms are ideal for families and guests looking for plenty of space.

The main bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed with fresh bed linen and a ceiling fan for warm summer nights.

The second bedroom has two 80 × 190 cm single beds, one of which pulls out, a large wooden wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

Soft colours and natural textures create a calm, comfortable space to rest and recharge.

It was clear that the house had been designed to meet every need. The owner, Marco, lives next door and was always available without ever being intrusive.   • “The apartment is set on a beautiful hillside property with magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Parking is available on the property. The spacious living room stays cool and pleasant even on the hottest days. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have comfortable beds. Verona city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by car or bus. Communication with the host is easy and friendly. There are shops and restaurants near the accommodation. We lacked nothing and highly recommend this place.”

  • “We had a wonderful family stay with our two children while exploring Verona and the surrounding area. Marco was very welcoming and available when needed, while remaining discreet. He also lives in the villa, but our apartment had its own entrance and we felt very comfortable. The bed linen was adequate, and there was enough space for a couple and two children. The two connecting bedrooms were no problem for us. The accommodation was spotless, with lots of thoughtful little touches in every room. The apartment is part of a private villa with its own entrance gate. It has a mid-20th-century style, so it may not suit those looking for something very modern, but we liked it and found it comfortable and spacious. Watch out for mosquitoes, as there are quite a few in the surrounding area! Every day we took the bus from the bottom of the villa’s driveway, a five-minute walk away, and reached Verona in 25 minutes. Perfect! Both the host and the villa were excellent. We recommend it.”
